House rules
In our properties it is necessary to follow the rules of good manners, use common sense and respect the other residents of the building and the area.
Parties are not allowed, nor is occupying rooms beyond the permitted number of guests.

Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance and for an additional fee.
A security deposit is required for any damage to the property, to be provided at check-in.
Parking
Near our properties there are many paid public car parks, or you can park on the street within the paid blue lines. Contact us for any detailed information.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate selected and are clearly stated in the BOOK NOW section of the website.
Checkin & Checkout
To allow time to prepare the rooms, check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. You may request an earlier check-in or a later check-out, subject to availability and for an additional fee.
Comfort
Our properties are equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, microwave, bed linen, soap, cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, free cot on request, fire smoke detector, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector where required, etc. All our properties have an electric boiler for hot water, so please allow for heating time if the reserve is fully used.
Daily housekeeping service available on request for a fee.
From check-in time (14:00) you can access at any time, as all properties have a self check-in service. An in-person check-in service can be requested for an additional fee and no later than 20:00, subject to availability.
