In our properties it is necessary to follow the rules of good manners, use common sense and respect the other residents of the building and the area.
Parties are not allowed, nor is occupying rooms beyond the permitted number of guests.

Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance and for an additional fee.
A security deposit is required for any damage to the property, to be provided at check-in.

Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate selected and are clearly stated in the BOOK NOW section of the website.

Checkin & Checkout

To allow time to prepare the rooms, check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. You may request an earlier check-in or a later check-out, subject to availability and for an additional fee.

Comfort

Our properties are equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, microwave, bed linen, soap, cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, free cot on request, fire smoke detector, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector where required, etc. All our properties have an electric boiler for hot water, so please allow for heating time if the reserve is fully used.
Daily housekeeping service available on request for a fee.
From check-in time (14:00) you can access at any time, as all properties have a self check-in service. An in-person check-in service can be requested for an additional fee and no later than 20:00, subject to availability.

Centro storico

The historic centre of Napoli is the city's original historic core. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995, it was added to the list of assets to be protected; its unique character lies in its almost complete preservation and in the use of the ancient Greek street layout.

Napoli Sotterranea

Beneath Napoli runs a vast network of tunnels, galleries, aqueducts and spaces carved out and used by people throughout the city's history, from several centuries before Christ until a few years after the end of the Second World War — and still partly visitable today.

Castel dell'Ovo

Castel dell'Ovo is the oldest castle in the city of Napoli and one of the features that most stand out in the famous gulf panorama. It stands between the districts of San Ferdinando and Chiaia, facing via Partenope.

Maschio Angioino

The castle dominates the scenic Piazza Municipio and is home to the Società napoletana di storia patria and the Naples Committee of the Istituto per la storia del Risorgimento italiano, hosted in the SNSP premises. The complex also houses the civic museum, which includes the palatine chapel and the museum routes on the first and second floors.
