In our facilities it is necessary to follow the rules of good manners, use common sense and respect for the other inhabitants of the building and the area.
It is forbidden to have parties, parties and to occupy rooms in excess of the permitted number.

Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance and at an additional cost.
A deposit is required for any damage to the property, to be guaranteed at the time of check in.
Parking
Checkin & Checkout
In order to allow for the preparation of the rooms, check-in is from 2 p.m. and check-out by or 10 a.m. It is possible to request earlier check-in or later check-out, depending on availability and at an additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
Comfort
Our facilities are equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, microwave, linen, soap, cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, cot on request free of charge, fire extinguisher smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector where necessary etc. All our facilities are equipped with an electric boiler system for hot water production, so it is advisable to take into account the heating time if the reserve is fully consumed.
A daily hotel cleaning service is available on request for a fee.
From check in time (14.00) it is possible to check in at any time as all facilities are equipped with a self check-in service. You can request the check in service in person for an additional fee and no later than 8 p.m., subject to availability.
